Project Overview

The renovation of the Intramural Sports Building (IMSB) modernized its infrastructure while enhancing fitness and recreational facilities to meet contemporary needs. The project reimagined existing spaces to create expansive areas for cardio and weight training, new group exercise studios, upgraded racquetball courts, improved locker rooms, staff offices, and inviting social spaces for students and visitors.

Key infrastructure improvements included enhanced accessibility features, upgraded plumbing systems, new energy-efficient windows, masonry repairs, improved lighting, and a refurbished gymnasium floor. The result is a revitalized facility that supports a dynamic and inclusive recreational experience.
