Biography
Tracie’s interest in architecture and construction started when she was young while visiting construction project sites with her father, a construction foreman and later a site inspector. These field experiences combined with the planning and scheduling skill sets inherited from her mother quickly led her to realize that the architecture and construction environment was a natural fit for her. These experiences also quickly led her to realize the importance of teamwork, and how being able to work with and effectively communicate with team members of all skill levels and of varying trades and disciplines is important to the success of a project team, and to the overall success of a project.
