Bruce is deeply driven by the challenge to find a more efficient way – whether it be through energy management and controls or directing our internal operations – and seize the opportunities to capitalize on its savings. He understands the importance of integrating energy management in the organizational structure and enjoys the process of working to find those solutions with clients. Bruce is a frequent presenter on the subject and his passion extends onto the Board for the Association of Energy Engineers, East Michigan. His analytical yet straightforward nature makes complex concepts easy to understand and his affable spirit telegraphs easily between his professional and personal life.
