Biography
Andrea is a firm believer that everyone should have fun at work. Approaching every project with this mindset, she promotes a light-hearted work environment built around team cohesion and creativity, where everyone has a voice. Supported by her detailed-oriented perspective and background in interior design, Andrea considers multiple viewpoints and ideas when it comes to leading teams to develop effective design solutions. Believing that there is no such thing as a bad question, Andrea listens and works with her team to discover all the details that outline how a space works and feels to its users, because in her words these are “the core of providing solutions that promote productivity and improve user experience”. Whether she is working with a K-12 client, or on a higher education project, Andrea’s interdisciplinary approach is driven by enthusiasm for working together with teammates, energizing any discussion, and encouraging others to do their best! Outside of work, Andrea is passionate about the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her family.
