Charles E. Lewis, AIA, NCARB

Chuck is always on a quest to positively influence and enhance the human spirit in whatever we do. His eye on design can cross the smallest detail and cover the widest philosophy. Chuck is a market focus leader of Student Life and President of Integrated Design Solutions. He believes that, in the creation of places that make us better, you in turn, raise the level and quality of the surrounding community and the people within it. He also believes that he has a responsibility to mentor younger architects in the firm – not just by talking but also by listening and learning. It’s important to him. You’ll see innovation and imagination in his approach to life, even so far as his love of scuba diving and deep water exploration.

David M. DiCiuccio, PE

Leading the Mechanical Engineers, Dave is both a Department Director and an active Principal with responsibilities for major healthcare and university clients. You’d be correct if you think that his love of detail crosses all aspects of his life. During working hours, between having a deep pulse of the quality of our Mechanical Engineering product, and collaborating with other discipline teams to support an integrated solution, Dave also approaches design of our building systems with a clean slate. He understands the role that the newest technologies are playing in today’s equipment and he loves thinking outside the box for meaningful solutions. Outside of work, he loves a variety of home renovation projects it’s that detail again. You can also usually find him at his lake house, relaxing on his pontoon boat with his family.

Paul A. Stachowiak, AIA

“We succeed where our passions lie.” An avid believer in this adage and as President from 1990 to 2019, and current Chairman, Paul leads the company in just this way. He is passionate about living the basic fundamentals of the human spirit – integrity, honesty and patience. He’s equally passionate about carrying these qualities throughout our corporate culture, and you see it in the steady growth of our project type, quality and variety. Clients trust him with their most challenging projects, knowing they’re in good hands. Humbling as that compliment is to him, Paul is inspired by leading by example for the rest of the firm. It’s his passion, pure and simple. He’s had plenty of opportunities to lead by example outside of the office as well with four children and nine grandchildren.
